This project will be a 3 story garden walk-up luxury development, with a multi-level clubhouse, overlooking a picturesque background of forested wetlands and water features.

Breaking Ground Spring 2023: 186-unit Class A market rate multifamily development on Lake Julian in South Asheville. This project is Asheville’s only lakefront multifamily project.
Venture AT Long Shoals
66 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704
86-unit Class A market-rate multifamily development. This project features high-end unit finishes, mountain and lake views, and an option for in-building garaged parking.
This project was our first multifamily development and was successfully stabilized and sold in November 2025.
Venture AT LASTER FARMS
Millstone’s first Tennessee development brings a 320-unit, Class-A, market-rate multifamily community to Knoxville’s vibrant Turkey Creek area. The project features 240 apartment flats in four-story, elevator-served buildings with conditioned corridors, alongside 80 high-end built-to-rent townhomes. Residents will enjoy premier shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, including Topgolf just across the street.
