A nearly 6-acre site in Carmel once considered for office buildings — and later senior housing — is now the focus of an estimated $41.5 million luxury apartment project from two central Indiana firms.
Indianapolis-based Millstone Management LLC and Carmel-based Pittman Partners plan to build the 154-unit Venture at Meridian Trails at the southwest corner of 106th and Illinois streets, just west of U.S. 31.
The project would feature two four-story buildings totaling about 196,500 square feet, according to filings with the city.
